Rich is responsible for managing and delivering both rail and smaller-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule while upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. In addition to his managerial duties, he operates plant equipment and actively participates in various on-site tasks.

Rich has a diverse background in construction, plumbing, landscaping, and utilities, with extensive hands-on experience in tasks such as paving, kerbing, slabbing, and operating plant equipment. He holds a range of relevant certifications, including NVQ Level 3, a Temporary Works ticket, SSSTS, and PTS, underscoring his qualifications and expertise.

His proudest career achievements include successfully completing projects in Beckton and Newhaven, where his dedication, hard work, and commitment were instrumental in delivering outstanding results.
