Lito oversees all engineering aspects on-site, including topographic surveys, precise setting-out tasks, daily planning, developing look-ahead work programs, and assisting with material take-offs.

Lito brings over 40 years of experience to the industry, having played a pivotal role in delivering numerous high-profile and challenging projects. His expertise spans military and civil airbase developments, flood defence works, and a deep understanding of client and team needs. Lito holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is SMSTS certified, reflecting his commitment to both technical excellence and safety leadership.

Lito’s proudest career achievement is contributing to the construction of the Chatham Dockside Outlet Centre, a project uniquely built on the site of former nuclear submarine facilities.

In his spare time, Lito enjoys going out with his family and taking part in charity bike rides with his friends.
