MEET KELF

James is KELF’s Works Manager. 

James oversees projects and ensures the seamless execution of programmes. He collaborates closely with site teams, allocating the right resources, plant, and labour to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.

With over 20 years of experience, James began his career as a section foreman at Blu 3 by the age of 20. He advanced through roles at Coinford, progressing to Site Manager and eventually Project Manager at Kingsheath. Throughout his career, he has successfully led projects for esteemed clients like Redrow, David Wilson Homes, and MACE.

James is particularly proud of his contributions to implementing innovative processes and systems that drive growth, reduce costs, and solve complex challenges that others might overlook.

Beyond his professional achievements, James enjoys spending his free time golfing, shooting, fishing and motocross.
