Susan’s tasks include preparation and updating of standard costs databases and profiles, preparation of take-offs, bill of quantity/activity schedules and analysing costings for tenders, managing subcontractors (pre & post contract stages), effective change control during the pre- & post contract stages, financial reviews, cost value report and cash flow forecast for internal and client purposes and finally carrying out site visits and inspection.

Susan possesses a degree in quantity surveying. Her working background is Assistant QS for 4 years followed by a QS for 5+ years across a wide range of projects in different sectors of the industry.

Susan’s working achievements include fulfilling complex project briefs on time and under budget with maximised commercial results and profit margins for allocated projects.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family.
